It's our mission to make menstrual care more accessible for women. We partner with leading nonprofits to mobilize action and take a critical step in supporting women in need.

On average, a woman will menstruate approximately 450 times in her lifetime. Many women lack complete and accurate understanding of menstruation as a normal biological process. In addition, many women have limited options for affordable menstrual materials.
HOW WE ADVOCATE
Menstruation is nothing to be ashamed. It's a normal & healthy part of being a woman. Proper menstrual care builds confidence, contributes to social solidarity, and encourages healthy habits. We believe menstrual care should be affordable, safe & accessible. That’s why we launched our advocacy campaign #SHESGOTLADYFLOW. We bite the stigma of menstruation and support women who lack basic access to menstrual care.
HOW WE DONATE
We’ve partnered with Femme International to provide health education & menstrual care products to young women & girls in East Africa. When purchasing our FLOW PLAN, 10% of profits is donated to providing menstrual kits to young women in need. These kits contain a reusable menstrual management tool such as a menstrual cup or reusable pads and are distributed to girls who have completed a health education workshop with Femme international.
