Are your products chemical free?
All of our products are completely free of chemicals, additives and preservatives. Every ingredient is disclosed in each of our products. Only natural ingredients here!
Do you test on animals?
No! We are 100% cruelty-free. We love animals and would never test on them. We test only on humans, including ourselves.
Where are your products made?
All our products are made in Toronto, Canada.
How long will it take to get my order?
Canada & USA orders are processed within 3 days and are sent from Toronto, Canada. Standard Shipping takes 5-9 business days for Canada and 6-9 business days for United States.
What carriers do you use?
In Canada, we ship via Canada Post or Chit Chats. In the USA, we ship with UPS. For international orders, prices and shipping times will vary. Please select the appropriate option at checkout.
Are orders tracked?
Yes, all orders are tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number.

What is the key ingredient in the pelvic oil?
Castor oil is a key ingredient in our pelvic oil. Castor oil has been found to address congestion in the pelvic area by supporting the lymphatic and circulatory systems.
When and how often should I use the pelvic oil?
For best results, it is recommend that you use the pelvic oil at least a few times a week. It's proactive to use during non-menstruating weeks and especially after your period leading up to ovulation.
Can I use the pelvic oil during my period?
Yes, it is safe to use during your period, however if you suffer from very heavy bleeding it is best to avoid on the heavy flow days as castor oil is known to increase blood circulation.
Can the Soothe Pelvic Oil be used internally?
No, our pelvic oil is meant for external use. It is not meant to be a lubricant or applied internally.
Exchanges + Returns
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your LADYFLOW products. We will accept products in lightly used/new condition in exchange for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Please return the product to us (shipping at your expense) and we will refund your money for the product(s) or send you a replacement. We recommend you select tracked shipping to Toronto.
